Shipping and Returns:
Please allow 3-7 business days for shipment (not including processing and transit time). All packages are shipped via USPS.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please note that all crystals may have various chips, nicks, and inclusions that make each crystal unique. These are natural inclusions/markings. We try our best to make them visible. Please refer to the description of each product and their photos prior to purchasing. Please understand the items may vary slightly due to the uniqueness of each stone, and differences in screen coloring.

Are your crystals real?
Yes, all of the crystals we provide are 100% real. Just cut and polished. We source these beautiful earth gems all over the world including Brazil, Madagascar, India, Indonesia, China, South Africa, Turkey & Mexico. We focus on purchasing from small family owned businesses!
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Richmond, CA. We currently are not accepting order pick ups to new customers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We are currently ONLY shipping to Australia, Canada, Japan, & Germany. We do NOT offer free shipping for customers outside of the United States. We ship all international orders via USPS.
International shipping starts at $15 and goes up to $100 depending on the total weight of your package and destination. International customers are responsible for all shipping & customs fees on the package.
Once a package leaves our place, we no longer have control over the package. International customers are responsible for contacting their local carrier to determine the status of any package through the tracking number we provide you.
