Shipping Policy

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Richmond, CA.

How long will my order take?

Please allow 3-7 business days for us to process and ship your order. 

We only ship once a week, every Friday/Saturday.

Where is my tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be sent directly in the email you used to purchase from our website. 

What is Route Package Protection?

We offer Route Package Protection and there is an option to add insurance for extra to your package at checkout that covers packages that are lost and stolen during the shipping process. In terms of damages, Route covers packages that are completely destroyed (including box). If you decide to opt out of adding insurance I cannot offer refunds or store credit for stolen/lost packages and tracking numbers with a status of "Delivered". If this is the case for you, please reach out to USPS for assistance.

USPS First class do not come with insurance. If you would like to add insurance you are able to add it at checkout via Route for an additional charge. 

If you order arrives in the mail, box in tact, and with a broken crystal please each out to us via email or Instagram to resolve the issue.

If you added insurance to your order and the package was lost in the mail please go to the link below to file a claim: https://claims.route.com Please double check your address before finalizing your purchase. I cannot replace items if an item was sent to an incorrect address.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. ALL sales are final.

Mayari Crystals reserves the right to refuse any returns, refunds, or exchanges at any time.

My package has been stolen/lost! What do I do?

Once a package leaves our place and is dropped off at the post office, it is unfortunately out of our hands. All packages include a tracking number with tracking updates. We do not offer returns or refunds on missing packages that have been marked as delivered. Please contact the post office for any missing packages that have been delivered.

What if my package arrived broken?

Please provide a photo & video of the broken crystal within 48 hours of receiving your package. 
 

We will offer for a broken crystal as long as you provide proof. We can also offer a replacement depending on the crystal’s availability.

Instagram Live Sale

What is a live sale & how can I join?

We host weekly Instagram live sales and flash sales on @mayariscrystals & @mayarisales. Time and Date is posted on our instagram story and feed a few days prior so make sure you are updated!

Go onto our Instagram profile when we say we're going live and when our profile picture glows with a red band saying "LIVE", just click on it and you're in! Think of it as a live gem show, you can see each crystal, which one you most connect to and adopt crystals directly on there! Happy Shopping!

Live sales are only positive & good vibes all around. Blocked comments and bad wifi can be prettty frustrating but please be kind and respectful to others. Any rude and mean comments will not be tolerated in our community. Your account will be blocked from our page.

Please get familiar with my Live Sale Rules first before joining any sale. 

How can I pay for my live sale claims?

You can now checkout your order here! I have to type up everyone's individual listings and post them to this website. When your listing is ready you will receive a DM with the direct link that will take you to the "Live Sale Listings" page. If you are a private account please message me first so that I am able to contact you. Please allow 48 hours for all the listings to be posted. 

Payments must be submitted within 24 hours upon receiving your link.

Make sure your listing has every crystals you claimed during any Live Sale, Flash Sale or Story Sale, add that listing to your cart and you're all set! Feel free to add anything else that you find on my website to your cart.

Please do not pay for someone else's cart. This will result in your account being blocked from future sales.

Are payment plans available?

Yes, payment plans are available for purchases through Sezzle. Choose Sezzle at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We are currently ONLY shipping to Australia, Canada, Japan, & Germany. We do NOT offer free shipping for customers outside of the United States. We ship all international orders via USPS. 

International shipping starts at $15 and goes up to $100 depending on the total weight of your package and destination. International customers are responsible for all shipping & customs fees on the package.
